Coyhaique
Coihaique, also spelled Coyhaique in Patagonia, is the capital city of both the Coihaique Province and the Aysén Region of Chile. Founded by settlers in 1929, it is a young city.
Coyhaique, population 50,000+, has a museum, plaza, restaurants, lodging and everything else you might find in a small city.
The Simpson and Coyhaique rivers area is world renowned for its fly fishing opportunities and its unspoiled nature, sporting areas still unexplored by man.
If you like to get away and experience nature, this is a good place to come.
